FREE DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Louis Poulsen offers free delivery for purchases over 75€, either directly to your door with GLS or DB Schenker, or to a GLS parcel shop.

If you change your mind, we will also cover the cost of return shipping if you use our return method. This service also includes insurance against loss of the parcel during transport.

For purchases under 75€, the shipping price is 10€

• Delivery time: 1-3 working days if the item is in stock.*
  
  
• Delivery company: Delivery is made via GLS or DB Schenker, and your shipment is insured until it is received and signed for.
  
  
• Locations: We only ship to the following countries from our EU site:
  Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.
