At Louis Poulsen, we offer free returns for 14 days from receipt of your order as long as you use our recommended return method. This also ensures that your parcel is insured in case it gets lost in transit.
How to return an item:
1. Send an email to onlinestore@louispoulsen.eu with the following information:
Your email address that was used for the purchase.
Your web order number, which you can find in your order confirmation.
2. We will then send you all the necessary information to return your item, either via GLS.
Note: If you have purchased your lamp through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly to return your item.
If there are problems with an item purchased through our webshop, you have a 2-year warranty.
If you wish to file a claim about your purchase, please follow this process:
