These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time at our discretion. The amended terms and conditions, once published on the Website, will apply to all new orders and by using this Website after any such amendment(s) you agree to comply with and be bound by the latest version of the terms and conditions. ORDERS
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us and does not form a binding contract until such time as it is accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each individual item. Full payment of the price of the goods must be received before we can accept an offer. On receipt of your order we will send you an email acknowledgment. An offer made by you to purchase goods shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we dispatch an item to you and confirm by email that the item has been dispatched to you. All goods are subject to availability.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Website are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (at the applicable rate) but exclude delivery costs. We reserve the right to change the prices on the Website with immediate effect. The price that applies to your purchase will be the price shown on the Website at the time your order is accepted.
Payment can be made using Visa and Mastercard. When you place your order, the money will be reserved on your account. Payment will only be charged to your account once the goods are shipped.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years of age to place an order through this Website.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Louis Poulsen UK Limited encrypts all your card details using the Secure Socket Layer protocol. This means that no unauthorised persons can read your card number or other information during a transaction with DIBS, which handles payments for purchases made at https://louispoulsen.com. Please note that credit cards may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
DELIVERY
Unless otherwise stated, we arrange delivery using GLS to a specific address in the United Kingdom. We require a signature for any goods delivered.
We offer free delivery when you spend 60 GPB or more. For orders under 60 GBP the shipping cost will be 9 GBP.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Our estimated delivery times can be found on our Website. Delivery times appearing on the Website are estimates and are to be used as a guide only. If a requested item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you by telephone or email to make further arrangements.
If delivery is delayed, you have the right to cancel your order and we will refund you for any goods you have paid for but not received.
We insure all deliveries against loss and damage while they are in transit from us to the recipient's address. As soon as the delivery has been signed for at the agreed address, it is no longer covered by our insurance. If your package is damaged on arrival, we suggest that you inform the carrier/GLS that you are receiving a damaged package when you sign for the delivery.
NUMBERING
Many of our products come with a unique ID number. The number is engraved in a discreet place on the product. You can see which products we number and the location of the unique ID number here.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel this contract provided that you exercise your right to do so within fourteen working days after the day on which you receive the goods.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department on tel.: +45 70 33 14 14 in order to be issued with a return number, which should be clearly marked on the return parcel.
In the event that the last day of the cooling off period falls on a public holiday or a weekend, the period will be extended to the next business day. To cancel your purchase during the cooling off period, you must notify us clearly in writing by letter or email that you wish to cancel your purchase prior to the expiry of the fourteen day period.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange or return the goods you have purchased, you must request your exchange or return and send the goods back to us within fourteen working days after the day you receive the goods.

Items must be returned unused with all tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to you and/or only some or possibly none of the purchase price will be refunded.
Return shipping is complimentary provided you use the return method specified by us, which also ensures you are insured if the package is lost in transit. You should ensure that you obtain a copy of GLS’s/the haulier’s receipt when returning the goods.
If you wish to make your own arrangements to return goods to us, please ensure that the goods are insured and that you use a form of tracked service. This will ensure you are compensated in the event that the goods are lost in transit. Please note that we are unable to accept packages sent COD (collect on delivery).
Goods returned to us within fourteen working days after the day you receive them are eligible for a full refund or exchange provided they are unused and in a saleable conditions and have their tags and labels attached.
Refunds will be made to the payment card which was used to pay for the order.
If you wish to exchange a item you have purchased for another item, we will pay the return shipping cost provided the value of the goods exceeds 556 GBP. If a product is exchanged more than once, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for any subsequent exchanges.
WARRANTY
We provide a warranty that on delivery and for a period of twelve months from delivery, the goods shall:
If, you give us notice in writing within a reasonable time of discovery that some or all of the goods do not comply with the warranty set out above; we are given a reasonable opportunity of examining the goods; and if we ask you to do so, you return the goods to us at our cost, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective goods, or refund the defective goods in full.

The terms implied by sections 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the contract
