Can light even have a heart? To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the First House of Light, Louis Poulsen asked ground-breaking artist duo Oliver Sundqvist and Frederik Nystrup-Larsen to interpret one of our greatest icons on an excitingly large scale.

During 3daysofdesign, it was possible to get close to some of our first editions in an extraordinary exhibition, including Poul Henningsen’s Paris Lamp, which formed the basis of his renowned three-shade system and the PH pendant.
